Shipping, Return, & Exchange Policy

How much does shipping cost?

As of January 2019, the USPS has increased all of their shipping rates, therefore we have increased ours.  To get free shipping on your first order please sign up for our email list and check your inbox.

To give you an idea, most single onesies, and t-shirts ship for $4.00.  Single books will ship for free via media mail.   For additional shipping info see table below:

Digital downloads (free & paid) do not have any shipping charges, but you will have to go through a checkout process in order to receive a download link.

When will my package arrive?

Orders can take 4-7 business days to process and an additional 3-4 days transit time.  Please note that we only warehouse a limited number of t-shirts, many of them are custom printed just for you.  We will do our best to mail packages out sooner.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier strikes, fire, theft, etc.

What do I do if I never received my package?

If an incorrect address was given at the time of order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we may be able to change the shipping address.

If an incorrect address was given after the shipping confirmation email has been sent and the post office returns the original package to us as "undeliverable", we will gladly send it to the right address.

If a package has been marked as "delivered" by the post office and the customer has not received it, it is the customer's responsibility to locate, track, and investigate the package.   We do not issue refunds on lost or stolen packages.

What is your return policy?

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make you happy. However, understand that we are not a high volume corporation (not yet anyway) and while we'd love to offer free returns at this moment, it is simply not possible, unless we made the mistake.

How do I return an item?

Ok, so what's the return deal?

If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when your item was marked as delivered by USPS.  After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. 

As long as the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, and in sellable condition.

We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee product replacement. 

* Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart. 

*Clearance items cannot be returned. 

You are responsible for the return fee if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or dislike the design.

We will issue you a refund or exchange once we have received your item/s.

What if my product is defective, damaged, or I received the wrong item?

We try to ensure that every item is shipped with perfection, however, there can never be a 100% guarantee.  If you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong item was sent, please go through to the Return Request Form as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when your item was marked as delivered by USPS.  After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements.

If your item is defective or damaged you must submit a photo of proof with your request.

We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee product replacement.

We will reimburse any shipping fees for any mistakes made on our part.  We will issue you a refund or exchange once we have received your item/s.

What about digital products?

There are no refunds for digital downloads.

Where do I return my item?

Make sure you've submitted a Return Request Form first.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the reason for the return is the fault of Mi LegaSi (wrong item sent, the item is damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
