Digital downloads (free & paid) do not have any shipping charges, but you will have to go through a checkout process in order to receive a download link.
Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier strikes, fire, theft, etc.
For subscription boxes, we ship first Monday & Tuesday of every other month. Boxes should arrive within 7 of the ship date. This is our schedule of shipments for 2017/2018:

Shop orders take 2-3 business days to process, package and ship your order. Allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping and transit time. We will do our best to mail packages out sooner.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
Mi LegaSi Subscription Box does not accept returns on the subscription boxes, therefore no refunds.
Mi LegaSi Subscription box items cannot be returned or exchanged. Mi LegaSi will use sole discretion if a Product is defective. Please email email@example.com if you have concerns regarding a defective item in your subscription box. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee product replacement.
For shop items loss/damage claims, you must notify Mi LegaSi within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of product purchase. Items must be new and in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Mi LegaSi (wrong item sent, item is damaged).
There are no refunds for digital downloads.
Personalized/Custom and Clearance items are final sale.
Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
We only replace items inside the box if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to replace the item but cannot guarantee stock of replacement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Mi LegaSi (wrong item sent, item is damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
