Patricia is a psychotherapist with a specialty in Child Parent Psychotherapy (to work with children 0-6 years and their family) and more recently finished a certification in Maternal Mental Health. She's moving from working for a clinic to opening her private practice.
She is also the host of the new podcast 😊 I NEED UN MINUTO which emerged from the need that she saw in her line of work with bicultural mothers (Spanish and English).
She's also the content creator for FOODYCRIANZA where she shares how she connects food and culture in our parenting, and discuss other topics mainly in Spanish.
